To Tata motors Sub : Faulty gearbox and losses incurred by us due to vehicle being off road. Dear Sir I purchased TATA INDICA V2 vehicle no MH - 12, KN3748 model. 2015 On. 21march 2015 From. NATIONAL AUTO WHEELS PVT. LTD From day one there was a problem with gear and we had informed at the time of 1st servicing and also since problem persisted, sent the vehicle to ur service center but they just oiled and sent back. The problem still persisted and today when again I approached the service center, they said the gear box is faulty and asked me to leave vehicle for 3 days. Sir, mine is tourist business and my cab is registered with ola cabs. Due to this fault, my precious business of 2000/- per day is lost which till date I have lost of 6000/- and further business will be lost from today to the tune of 6000/- to 10000/- depending on the no of days the vehicle is at your service center. In addition, I have to pay my driver 400/- per day... which again will be a loss of 2800/- . My vehicle is on loan from tata motors and because of your faulty part fitted to my vehicle no. MH -12 KN 3748 I am suffering heavy loss and will face difficulty in paying the lian installment on the due date of 11th which is fast approaching. It is hereby requested to reimburse my loses and replace the faulty gearbox immediately at your cost failing which I will have to approach consumer redressal forum and also write detailed review on your website of faulty vehicles sold to customers.
