Tata Motors — Frequent Complaint of Tata Super Ace

Dear Sir, I am from Kerala and a dealer of drinking water supply. I bought a Tata Super Ace Vehicle on 03.3.2014 from dealer Focuz Motors, Ernakulam by availing finance from Tata Motors Finance Ltd vide Contract No.[protected] and the Engine Number is 475IDT18KWYSL1931 and Chasis Number is MAT483139DYK3488 and Vehicle is registered as a transport Vehicle with Registration number KL-44-C-3468 . Eversince I bought the vehicle i am facing with lot of problems and to my utter disappointment even beforev first service the Coolant Level was drastically comming down and it took more than three or four visits to rectify the same by replacing Head, gasket etc. Despite that problem persisted and the dealer replaced the Engine on 02.3.2015 by changing so many parts which can be seen by you if you can peruse the Invoice No.Focuz M-PV[protected] dated 09.10.2014 in which even the Engine was replaced with a Prolife Business Engine when it attained 20000 KM only. Thereafter the vehicle was somewhat OK. But by then i had lost Rs. 27000/- towards hiring a vehicle to take care of my business. Again the Vehicle was faulty when it reached 53000 KM on 12.6.2015, i took to the dealer, they told that Pump has to be repaired and when that is done they advised to repair the Turbo and when that is done they are telling to repair the Engine and had given me a bill for Rs.70, 635/-. Till now from that date i was hiring a vehicle to service my customers due to the given nature of business as being drinking water supply interruption in service will result in loss of business. I am not in aposition to afford such a big amount of service charges nor the Dealers workshop manager had informed me about the estimate. They were trying tio repair/rectify on a trial and error basis. Today it is 34 th day eversince i had handed over the vehicle and i am hiring another vehicle on a daily rental of Rs.1500/- per day. I am sorry to say that eversince i bought this vehicle i am suffering from one problem or other resulting in financial loss, mental agony, and even loosing good customers. Perusal of Focuz Motors Sea Port Air Port Cross Road workshop will reveal the truth.
