Tata Motors — I didn't get any response

hello sir i had purchase tata manza in april 2014, when i went to tata showroom for his 1st service i found that all the tyres are crack, and in front side of car the paint is defect i told to service manager but he did not give positive response pls help me out how i remove this defect.
