Tata Motors — Improper service in Venkateshwara Motors, Nizamabad, AP

PROBLEM -1: My vehicle bearing No. AP25 TV 2212 given for servicing on 17.07.2014. km reading is 20000. My vehicle also covered in Annual Maintenance Contract under TATA Gold . At this stage as per mannual engine oil has to be changed for every 10000 km. We also informed to change the engine oil, simple service was done but engine oil not changed it leads to damage of engine. PROBLEM-2 : I handed over the vehicle previously for servicing along with central locking key. But Mr.Govind Reddy who is advisor of my vehicle at Venkateshwar Motors, Nizamabad was not handed over the remote to me at that time by Mr.Govind Reddy. He promised to replace within 15 days. But for last (3) months he is not giving proper response and giving irresponsible answer. Ch.Srinivas AP25 TV 2212 Nizamabad [protected]
