With reference to my customer complaint lodged with your customer care (Complain number 1-[protected]), I need a solution against the complaint given. I have given the vehicle for a service with your authorised service centre, Wasan Motors Service Centre, Deonar on 7th October, 2014.
I was told about an approximate expenses of Rs.8000/ wherein there are two other job works to be estimated. Later it was told about an expense upto Rs.26000/. But on third day, the service adviser called me about another major expense, which will further take it to Rs.50, 000/. Today the fourth day, he called up and said that the engine is not getting started and need to open up the engine, which might cost above one lakh apart from other expenses.
I asked for works manager to call me but no one was ready to call and update me the status. Even no one is ready to give Work's manager contact number.
I'm not ready to get compromised to any solutions other than vehicle is returned back in the same condition I have given for service with oil and filer change.
