Tata Motors — NEW NANO CAR NO KL 08 BD 4248

Sir, This car is not running smoothly from the beginning and taken to RF Motors cochin workshop several times within this 9 months time. Sound from under body 4 times, AC complaints, and now coolent pump complaints etc/ etc. When ever we are taking to RF Motors they are not giving any proper service also. This is our second NANO car. Tata is manufacturing several types of car and commercial vehicles and there may be some mistakes in some vehicles. But you were attending very promptly to the complaints. Now RF MOTOERS-COCHIN is taking complaints very lighltly and not attending properly. This may not be knowing to the management but staffs are not attending properly attending the complaints. I may request you to please look into the matter and do the needful. I wants to replace this car with new car, for which, what are the formalities we have to do please inform us immediately.
