Hello good morning, I am sorry for writing you this early in morning but I have no choice left. My car zest was in service canter since 3 days and it was given me back on monday by saying that abs system has bean replays but 0 bill has bean not given to me due to replacement of abs and now this morning again I am having same problem, again abs light is on and staring is hard like manual car. So now what I understand is this is look like manufacturing defect because if abs has replaced then it shouldn't bean there the problem. So this is my kind request please fix the car or replace my car. Other wise I might go to consumer forum for further help. Hello pranjal ji, Today still my car is in service canter due to same abs problem and As we had talk many times in phone and your are unable to solve my new tata car zest abs problem, and as you are not authorised person to help me to replace my car because of that now no option left for me apart from going to consumer forum. So now I had a talk with lawyer for filing case against tata motors and on monday ill be filling case and now let forum will decide car need to fix or needed to replace. Ill be honouring the decision of forum. Now my main concern is this is 6th time and after keeping 5 days in service canter in period of 16 days of purchasing new car still you can't give guarantee that there will be no problem right after in next day, and in this case if I make any damage or accident because abs is not working in manner it has to be THEN who will take responsibility of that? So there is enough time for you to solve my problem or replace the car or ill do next step because of your failed to solve. Dayanand jatav
