[Resolved]  Tata Motors — Offer withdrawn without intimation

I have booked Nano twist from concorde motors cochin, while booking they have offered me 35000rs discount and 5000 rs for accessories, also AMC for 4 years of rs 3200/- ( which i already paid) which was advertised on public media. Till now i have not received the AMC bill, when i enquired they said i have to pay extra amount of 7400 then only they can provide the AMC or else they will refund the amount of rs 3200/-, When enquired with the officials they said, the offer was withdrawn by the TATA Motors.
