[Resolved] Tata Motors — Pathetic after sales service | |||
Hello, Guys Sorry to say but TATA moters given pathetic after sales service. Just i buy new Tata indigo ecs BS4 module on 21st Oct 2014 4:45PM from Aspi Motors . Sarkhej Ahmedabad. ( Sales Ex. Mr. Bhavesh ) After 25 minutes I called back to your sales Ex. Mr. Bhavesh & explain the my problem. My car not running properly. At the time of clutch & braking my car stopping same location. After explain the issue Mr. Bhavesh committed to me. Don't worry you come to Showroow at tomorrow & i will resolve the problem but today it's 28th Oct 2014 but still my problem was not resolved. Your Sales Guys Mr. Bhavesh say i m not right person pls looking mater your self. Today again Your Workshop Head Mr. Prashant Kumar just trail my car on road but he facing same issue but he was not finding the Solution till time. Already my & my family's filling heart & my petitions already over loaded. Request to you pls process for change the Car, as i have sent car back to the company showroom ( Aspi Motors) and also made stop payment from bank loan officer. If you not a right person for resolved the my issue. Pls inform to me ASAP. Hope for the fast response being new customer!! Was this information helpful? | |||
