I Major Prem Kumar Sharma owning tata nano registered no 37C 6012 bought during Feb 2010.
This vehicle met with an accident at 26kms away from Una(HP) on Una -Hamirpur highway at 11.30am on 7th Dec 2014.The helpline was contacted and report lodged at 11.40am same day.The nearer tata Wksp Hamirpur was also mentioned to the helpline.But still the recovery team reported at 1630hrs ie after 5 hrs after numerous phone calls by me and thus caused great harrasment.The vehicle was made little movable but not fully operative by 18.30hrs This casual attitude can not be acceptable to anyone involved in this kind of situation and thus requires due investigation to avoid such harrassment to any customer in future.
