Tata Motors — poor services and failed promise made by them on purchase of nano Lx | |||
I am working in tata consultancy services and being a tata employee I have a firm belief on tata group.But the vehicle which we bought tata nano lx model, from saraswathi motors hajipiur, patna, the service provided is extremely depressing and I need an immediate resolution for this as the sales person Mr Rakesh kumar has constantly failed to deliver the promises made by him before purchase.Kindly do an immediate follow up and get back to us ASAP as this issue has completely broken my trust on TATA groups and their services.hope you will get back ASAP. The procedure to deliver the vehicle has not met any compliance and now they are denying from the promises they made before purchase that is the music system and the gold coin ...I have been continuously chasing them going to their show room 4 hrs distant from my place but they are always ready with some excuses.Try getting back to me ASAP.
