[Resolved] Tata Motors — Refund of Booking Amount | |||
I the undersigned Mr. Deepak Khot had booked a Tata Zest car at Pandit Automobile, Pimpri in the month of September. As I had to cancel the booking due to my personal financial reasons, the same had been informed to the dealer. I had paid a booking amount of Rs. 21, 000 (Twenty One Thousand) in cash. I am in regular follow up with the dealer for the refund of my booking amount till date but everytime I call them the dealer gives me some excuse and only postpones my refund. I am in regular touch with Mr. Narendra Awte at Pandit Automobile, Pimpri. Today when I called him for my refund he was talking to me in a very rude tone as if I am begging him for money. He also said if I inform Tata Motors about this I will be in trouble for my refund. The dealer is also deducting Rs. 5, 000 from my booking amount saying that it is a cancellation policy from Tata Motors. I always thought Tata Motors was a brand for the people of India, but after going through this pain I am really upset with the brand image of Tata Motors. I request you to please look into this matter and help me get my refund. I am already going through a lot of trouble due to all this. Thanking You. A suffering Tata Motors Brand Lover.
