Tata Motors — Refusing to Refund my Booking Amount given for Tata Safari Storme

Dear All,
My dad had booked a Tata Safari Storm Ex Model from JP Motors Solan (Himachal Pradesh) with 50, 000 Bucks on 23rd August 2016, on the commitment given by Sales Consultant that they will deliver the car on 28th August 2016. But they fail to do so, then they said we will provide you car on 31st of August 2016 and again failed to keep their word. And later on they convinced my father to give deli every of car on 2nd of September 2016 at 10 am but again failed to do so. So I mail them to cancel the booking and refund my money but they are giving me excuses that their MD is do not have time to sign the cheque for refund and their GM Mr. Rishi Puri saying do whatever you want I will not refund your amount. Regarding this I had reported to Tata Officials as well Mr. Abhishek and Mr. Rahul (Nothern Dealership Head) but they are also not helping us. I am disappointed by dealers as well as the officials. It's more than 10 days now they are not picking up our calls and neither giving us commitment to refund my amount. Kindly look into the matter and I will suggest everybody never ever buy car from JP Motors Solan. Please look into the matter because the MD Mr Mandeep Singla also not picking up our call. It's my dad's harden money. I want my refund asap.
