HELLO MY NAME IS KALAIVANI FROM UDUMALPET(TAMILNADU).I HAVE BOOKED TATA ZEST WHITE COLOR IN TATA-TAFE ACCESS SHOWROOM IN UDUMALPET.THE VECHILE HAS CAME AFTER BOOKING AND THE NORMAL POOJA FORMALITIES ARE ALSO MADE. I HAVE ALSO PAID THE AMOUNT OF RUPEES 1, 21, 000/-.AFTER TWO DAYS THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE SAID THAT THERE IS SOME PAPER FORMALITIES SO WE ARE TAKING THE VECHILE TO UDUMALPET SHOWROOM. THE SHOWROOM MANAGER & REPRESENTATIVE SAID THAT AFTER COMPLETING THE PAPER FORMALITIES THE VEHICLE(TATA ZEST) WILL BE HAND OVER TO YOU.EVEN AFTER THE COMPLETION OF PAPER WORKS I DIDN'T GET MY VEHICLE BACK OR MY AMOUNT OF Rs.1, 21, 000/-. THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THE TATA MOTORS - TAFE REPRESENTATIVES AND MANAGER. PLEASE REVERT US A NEEDFUL FOR THIS ISSUE.AND PLEASE CONSIDER THIS AS AN PERSONAL ISSUE.
