Tata Motors — Rejection of Extended Warranty Claim

I want to raise a complaint on TATA Motors against the rejection to honour my claim for replacement of TATA Safari Car AC compressor replacement. My car is currently under extended warranty and it took TATA Motors own service station (not a dealer) Concorde Motors Mohan co-operative New Delhi 3 months to find out the fault in my car AC. Everytime in 3 months I had to give my car to them and they would do all sort of R&D and still couldn't find the fault why the AC gas leaked completely and from where. It has been so much stress, trauma and expensive for me to leave the car each time to them with an hope it will be fixed but no luck. But finally after 4 visits, I'm told the gas is leaking from the compressor and as it's under warranty it will be replaced free. I again gave my car and they replaced the compressor. To my surprise, they tell me in the evening that the company who provides extended warranty service to customers on behalf of TATA has rejected my claim as the 1st service 4 years ago was a month late!?!?!? What a lame reason to reject and I challange if in any service they service the AC compressor? It's not engine that delay in oil change could have resulted in the damage so clearly a case of cheating. The company global limited which provides this service on TATA behalf has stopped getting new Business from TATA as TATA themselves now provide extended warranty for new cars so Global has no motivation obviously to honour the claims from it's existing customers. I feel Im cheated by TATA as I paid the extended warranty money to TATA with the assurance that the said parts will be covered and when it's time to honor the claim, they have taken a clear escape. Concorde motors is trying to negotiate by offering me partial payment of Rs. 5000 against a total bill of Rs.20000 which Im not ready to accept. Please never buy a car from TATA. They are neck deep in losses and make all sort of false promises. They have highly de motivated and untrained staff at dealership. They opening talk to customers saying they are frustrated from their jobs so how can you expect they to deliver a quality service from a low morale staff and on top making false promises? Please help me raise a complaint here to get my money back
