Tata Motors — seat problem

Hi, I am Guru Prasad from Hassan, Karnataka.I am one of your loyal customers.I own a Tata safari and the front driver's seat is posing a lot of problems. The seat is slightly inclined. When I am seated my hips lie below my knees and this is a wrong seating.Hence I get a lot of pain in my right knee and hips making it impossible to drive.I even consulted a doctor. Even he told me that the pain may be due to the seating position. So I need a replacement of the seat immediately. I complained the same to the Hassan branch but didn't get any response.I didn't expect this kind of service from Tata. I hope you don't like losing a loyal customer . Now that I have complained I expect swift action.
