Tata Motors — Service Complaint-New Spare Tyre replaced with a old Tyre and Rim after Service | |||
I have an Indigo eCS Car bearing Registration No AP10AY2986. I had given it for service to your Dealer cum Service Center Malik Cars Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad on 06/02/2015. It was a routine paid service involving general service and change of Oil. The Vehicle was returned today (07/02/2015) at 1900 hours. In the darkness, I could not make out the quality of service. All the same they made me sign some documents indicating satisfaction with Service quality. Later I got a torch and examined the car. To my utter surprise, I found that my Spare tyre and rim had been replaced with an older tyre and rim. I know this for a fact because my spare tyre had not run a single kilometre. I immediately called the Malik Cars Service Adviser Ravi ([protected]) at 1916 hours. He refused to accept it and hence I am forced to make a direct complaint to Tata Motors. Malik Cars Pvt Ltd Invoice # MalikC-TC[protected]. I hope that Tata Motors will intervene and replace my new Tyre & Rim.
