Tata Motors — Tata Products purchase from other shops refused by Kumaran Automobiles,Tirunel vely

Hi I am from Tirunelveli Tamil Nadu and doing travels business at perumal puram (Guru Traavels) TN 72AC 2175 purchased from kumaran Automobiles Trinelveli. Due to with out stock at Kumaran Automobiles workshop Tirunel veli I purchased ECU-UNIT RK-19437 from Shree Radhaa krishnan automobiles S.N Road Tirunelveli. I tried to fix this in Kumaran Automobiles workshop . The work manager refused because of i purchased the Tata original product from out side.So please clarify the Tata Company Norms of the Tata Authorised Workshops. I fixed the ECU-Unit other work shop and working fine. Will we purchase any Original Tata product from out side Automobiles or not? We are not satisfied with the services.
