Hi, I am a very irate customer here, I booked Tata zest and was assured and was given a commitment that the car will be delivered by the 15th of September ... The reps are absolutely of no help at the showroom .. They have no idea of the delivery schedule ... Wonder how a huge company like TATA works without a delivery schedule??? That's really amusing... When asked for the TSM's number I was denied out rightly stating the TSM WOULD TALK ONLY IF HE IS FREE AND A PERMISSIOBN IS NEEDED FROM HIM... That's absolutely ridiculous .. How can a customer be denied of a request and has to wait till the so called TAM WISHES TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMER!! Finally, after a rigour I get the TSM's number and guess what he just doesn't answer his phone!!! I am amazed at the service ...Please don't even think of booking ur car at NERUL atleast.. I m Not sure how the other dealers are... Pls book at your own risk... Thank you TATA MOtors for spoiling my Bitrthday by not delivering as promised...and I m still awaiting a call from ANIRUDH - TSM TATA MOTORS NERUL... And to mention all the follow ups about the loan, etc and all possible communication had to done by me instead of the reps doing it.. Guess they were just interested in meeting the booking numbers ... Reps - Sharda & Rohini This is the kind of service YOU get TATA MOTORS NERUL..

It's more aggravating because they don't even have the courtesy to call back!!! I hope this is read by someone and is worked upon... Worst is the customer is standing with all the payments ready... And these guys don't even want to honour that ...

I spoke to Rohini and Sharda at the nerul TATA fortune dealership...and I have been awaiting a call from thier TSM ANIRUDH who has not responded to my calls...his number is [protected]!!

Not sure whether it is tata Motors or the dealers who are not ready to give a reliable commitment to the customer. things are not looking transparent. Looks like the dealers are giving preference to the new bookings rather than honouring the bookings done months in advance, pre launch bookings. This is as per the experience with concorde motors bangalore. They are negligent of the fact that those who had done pre launch bookings are those customers who are actually very active on the web and social media, a word of mouth for the good or bad. such people follow new products closely on the web and comment, this may make some serious damage for an probably good product the tata Zest, from those who trusted in transparency from tata and its dealers and made pre launch bookings in the 3rd week of july itself but dont have a commitment yet. If this is how it works, sorry there are a lot other alternative options for the customer. Even though we wanted to go for Our own indian products.
I can't agree more to that... This is precisely what happened.. One of the days the rep from the dealer called and informed that the car was allotted... And the next day she calls up and says .."sorry mam that car was given to someone else" that's the most ridiculous thing I customer could hear... The person who got the deliver m sure. Paid the same amount... What discrimination here!! They are in serious trouble... Either they didn't not anticipate so many bookings which makes me feel they themselves didn't trust thier product... This is so in acceptable from a brand like TATA!!!
I bought TATA indica vista KL-22-F-2620 from Mohandas motors TVM on[protected]. During that time the sale
person Mr.Vinod (Not sure about his designation as a sales executive) informed me that the manufacturing month of the above mentioned vehicle was on September-2013.

I enquired Mr.vinod about the manufacturing month 2 to 3 times since I
like to get a recent vehicle from the stock. I also clearly informed in
that i dont like to get an old stocked vehicle (more than two months
before the delivery).When I received the RC book I came to realise that the manufacturing month was July -2013. In that time I came to a conclusion that I was cheated by the TATA dealer (Mohandas motors) regarding the manufacturing month.At
this moment an informing you these all things because my vehicle is now
facing number of complaints these would not be incurred during this
period.(Personal use just 12800 km)

Hi friends I too booked tata zzest XT after referring the reviews and features. But I forgot it was tata motors who never change in there cucustomers relationship people are so careless about there job. I was told my vehicle will be delivered by 6 pm on 20 sep 2014. And also I was told once all registeration is done iI will get call from tthem to take the delivery. Instead I had to call them nuts and ask . VerY sstrange an's wer I get that I was supposed to come down anand wait fofor tthe things. These people tata motors never change and will never come up in the market dudue toto this poor man power. I did a big mistake mOving out of maruti. So friends plz plz think uurur bbuying motor from tata motors which is high risriskrisk.
I had been following the tata zest from a pretty long time and had also done the pre launch online booking with booking reference # 1319, but I am currently unhappy with post booking experience and thinking whether I have to cancel the booking. As I still don't have an commitment from the dealer, even though I had requested for the delivery within September itself.
What is the point in promoting the product so much when the existing bookings are not being fulfilled by the dealers promptly and transparently. I feel that there is a serious concern regarding how the pre launch online bookings are being dealt by the dealerships. As the customers who are booking directly at the dealers much later, very recently and even currently are either been given the delivery already or given a good delivery commitment timeframe.
This is already doing some damage, as i see already a couple of complaints being raised on the web, on teambhp, theautomotiveindia websites etc., regarding such issues.

Please do address this at the earliest for the sake of those who took pride in entrusting tata motors even before the launch of products.
Sadly, there has been no benefits offered to those who did pre-launch booking? Sorry, this is not done right, not zestified at all.
Tata are a bunch of liars. I booked my Zest petrol top variant in September from noida and I was promised delivery in mid October. Since then they've missed atleast three deadlines even given by Tata head office in a letter and the car is still not delivered. I'm thinking of cancelling my booking and going back to maruti. Worst thing is that they never tell the truth. Sometimes they say the car is in transit and another time that the colour isn't available. I had taken a chance on tata zest as I wanted to support an indian company but it seems Tata does not value it's Indian customers so why should people value Tata. Pathetic customer service.
