Tata Motors — Unethical process by tata motor service center | |||||
Hi My new TATA 1109 met with accident on in first week on Aug -15. The Vehicle was totally damaged, still service center repaired the vehicle without my consent. They took consent of only Insurance company. As per rule, Tata motor was not supposed to repair the vehicle as this was 80 % loss specially not without customer consent. After 5 months, they have submitted a document where I have to pay 1.3 Lakh for possession of vehicle. I checked the details, they have changed Engine Case as this was Broken. They did not report the same to insurance company at start as they did not notice. This is a clear case of cheating by Tata Motors service Center. They took decision of my vehicle and did not share any documents in at the start. I raised a complaint to Regional Tata motor Service Manager, He says that he is not responsible for this issue. I requested customer care to share escalation details of the case, they did not share, neither they registered any complaint. Mr. Rajesh ( Service Manager ) and Mr. Lokesh ( Area Manager), Varanasi UP, did not support at all. Now I am struggling with my Insurance company for claim as they are not responsible for any expense reported after 4 months by Tata motors. Was this information helpful? | |||||
