Dear sir, my name is Rajesh shyamshukha, .I stay in nagaon, assam, I am a loyal customer of Tata motors.I own a safari storm no is as 02 k 0018 . Recently I brought nano xt from sbm motors nagaon, which is branch of sbm motors guwahti.when I went to give my car for first service firstly he made me wander for 3 days and finally on 4 th day he took the car and gave it to road side mechanic.when I questioned him he arrogantly said, complain where ever u want.I kindly request to take action, failure of which will force me to go to consumer court.my Tata nano no is As 02 m 9270.
