Tata Motors — Very poor after sales service | |||
We had purchased tata safari storme vide regn. No: mh 02 dn 7410. However, we have been made to repent our decision as we have been subjected to tremendous harassment and pathetic service from concorde motors – your distributor at andheri east. There customer service is in one word abysmal and pathetic 1. Car has gone to garage not less than 06 - 07 times outside service visits 2. Sometimes the auto lock is not working – still not working as i write this mail. This is the 3rd visit for this problem 3. There is a squeaking noise when the vehicle is started – 03 visits already and still able to rectify the problem 4. There are no calls for service reminders (Even aquaguard an equipment costing 5000 bucks gives repeated service reminder and follow up calls) We were told about tata motors pathetic service before we made our purchase decision, but probably underestimated the negative feedback from friends. For a vehicle costing 17 lacs +, this is absolutely pathetic service Was this information helpful? | |||
