we are using SUMO Grandy gx 2010 model. still It is in good condition wit outside service, why because service engineers & managers, also to much worst in time delay & rectification of errors, even though if it was a minor complaint. waste of time & unsatisfied service. I enquired about new car with exchange of my vehicle. Marketing people called me from this number ([protected]) even he was also delayed to meet me. i was wait 6 hours. he dont know exact information about ur used & new vehicles. he told me ur Sumo grand vehicle failed wit more complications. but he failed to explain about ur vehicles. Totally failed ur teams in all of the divisions. service mechanics dnt know, way to adjust material at the time of non-available material, they dnt suggest and discuss with customer for take a decision making. still now i faced many problems wit ur teams from purchase date. so we decided to withdraw of purchasing TATA vehicles and we suggest to our coligues to avoid problems with purchase o[censored]r products, so may some people will save with ur worst service.
