[Resolved]  Tata Nano — Regarding Documents of vehicle.

My nano vehicle is exchanged by a TATA dealer of Surat city, AUTO POINT CAR Division, SURAT on 11/08/2014. Dealer had exchanged my TATA Nano CX (Reg.No. GJ.26.A.146) by a new nano car model: AWSOME as per exchange scheme of company. I paid all required amount to dealer and he delivered the new nano car and taken back my old car to his division. Now my complaint is that even after five months of the process of car exchanged, dealer is not providing me '' No Objection Certificate " of RTO for my old car. He already sold this car to other person but change of ownership is still pending. For this, I had already given a complaint to your toll free number[protected] Complaint No.:1-[protected] ), on 4 th Dec but till date no action has been taken. Kindly look into the matters and do needful at the earliest.
