Too low Speed

Tata Photon Plus gives incredibly low speeds even on high recharges. Speed reaches nowhere near the claimed speeds ! The promised speed was 3.2 Mbps but the speed I am getting hardly reaches .1 Mbps. There is no issue of network coverage as the network is always full. It is the allotted bandwidth that is at fault! This is outrageous. Please Look into it as soon as possible.They are not looking into it inspite of compliaing again n again....
