Recently I have a TATA PHOTAN MAX no.[protected].Realy it is amazingly poor, 1/7 speed of max committed speed(6.2mbps).I am getting Download- 0.89mbps and upload 0.43mbps.So hopeless, I am not able to run skype and other video chat
Your local executive made fraud signature on behalf of me on request form.They changed the scheam name as I wanted and provided 2nd hand instrument against payment of Rs 2000/.Pls do action against them and do someting to increase the speed in my area.
