Tata Power — Pathetic customer service..irresponsible customet care | |||
Hi All I have filled up adress change application on 5th May 2015. Useless employee has not corrected address in June 2015 cycle . I reported the issue .Customer care has sent emailand verbally mentioned me over the call that address will be corrected and the same will berelected in on or in bill sent in july 2015.Tata power mumbai failed to sent.
