Tata Power — Tata Power change name on electricity bill without giving any kind of information

This is to inform you that we consumer residing in Dahisar had switched to TATA power instead of Reliance energy in anticipating that our bill amount will go down to some extent but sudden Tata Power changed my name on electricity bill from RAMKAVAL ALGU CHAUARSIA to R.R.ALGU BARAI without giving me any information. Then I went to TATA Power office located at NL Complex behind Anand Nagar Dahisar (East) for the enquiry of change of name in electricity bill and there I got to know that reliance sent Tata power a mail related to my bill’s name. Reliance’s mail saying to Tata- Ramkaval Algu Chaurasia is an incorrect name on the electricity bill and that mistake done by us (Reliance energy) so please rectify our (Reliance energy) mistake and change name from RAMKAVAL ALGU CHAUARSIA to R.R.ALGU BARAI. So if Reliance sends any kind of mail and says to change R.R.ALGU BARAI to some XYZ name than Tata will do that also and I am sure on that And after that mail Tata Power changed my name from RAMKAVAL ALGU CHAUARSIA to R.R.ALGU BARAI without giving me any information. So now what should I say on Tata’s an inappropriate step because as a Tata Power consumer I have the rights to know what’s happening in my electricity bill even after gone through with the entire switch over procedure, submitting all my documents and charges than after how could be my name changed from RAMKAVAL ALGU CHAUARSIA to R.R.ALGU BARAI.
