Tata SBI Credit Card — Want to cancel my TATA SBI Credit card

Hi, I want to cancel my TATA SBI Credit Card, because the services of credit card is extremly poor. Response from the customer support is really very bad. Previously i was holding the card which having the validity until oct.2014 after that i received a new credit card. I have successfully activated and generated the pin for the card. But still my card is not working. I am trying to contact to customer care from last 1 week, but i was not able to contact. My card number is [protected]. Please tell me how to cancel this card.
