I'm not getting subscribed channels in my 2nd tv since past 2 days. I have paid till feb 2017. Your call centers are highly unavailable. It puts you always wait for 10 minutes. Even after waiting for 10 minutes, it tells you to wait for 10 minutes. Totally unprofessional and frustrated services.
By luck i got a chance to speak your call centre and they have asked me to be in front of my tv to address the issue. This guy asked me that i'll get a call at 8 pm but no one called. I again tried reaching your helpline but results are same. I have to wait for 10 minutes even after being on line for 29 minutes.
Pls call and resolve the issue.
