Tatasky id [protected], Name: Chalapathi, Mobile: [protected] According to my assessment I felt that you are so backward to initiate the updated technology to rendering the quality and instant services. Over the quiery with your call centre guys about activation they informed it would take 24 hours of payment. I really shocked this answer, and feel that your company is very poor in incorporate the neccessiated advanced technology for fast and quality service like immediate activation after recharge done. etc. And also felt taht wrong choice imade n selection of DTH connection. Feb 20, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I didn't get any mail or phone call from your company on my complaint. I think it is administration failure and mere carelessness about the users interests and their agony. Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
