Tata Sky — About dish | |||
Purchase tata sky connection on 09-11-15 which has been installed on 10-11-15 with subscriber ID [protected]. At that time signal was good but two or three day after return from vacation there was no signal found. I complaint about this to given number i.e[protected] at shimla on 14-11-15 but no body attend the complaint and gave fake promises. I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving the signal issue you are facing.
