[Resolved] Tata Sky — Activate Active Cooking pack with out permission | |||
Sir, I am a Tata Sky DTH customer and my consumer ID is [protected] and my name is Dipak Kumar Nath. Today i. e. on 13/09/2014 at 20.09 hrs a customer care representative named Miss Alisha call me and without my permission she activate active cooking pack where as I have told her to don't activate the same. But she activate the above mentioned pack. After some time I have contact with another customer care executive for deactivate the same. Previously Tata Sky has done the same case with me.
