Tata Sky — Activation of service without permission and unethical behaviour of tatasky associate | |||
I purchased Tata sky HD setup box approx 1 month back. They offered me 1 month free HD access. After 1 month they continued the package and deducted charges for 1 day. As my balance was already zero so it was showing Rs. -4.16. So I thought it didn't get deactivated. Then I call tata sky customer care on 28 june 2015 to enquire about Showcase movie and I told him to deactivate my HD access. Then I recharged my Tata sky with rs. 125 to watch showcase movie. Firstly it deducted previous charges and today also HD charges were deducted. Moreover I tried to deactivate my HD access from tata sky website but it shows a message that you can not deactivate this service before 28 july 2015. On 29 july when I tried to contact Tata sky customer care they were not interested to resolve this issue. Even one of the Tata sky associate named Mr. Vijay told me to cut the call. After that next associate cut the call herself. Then I again tried calling them and talked to their Supervisor, she also cut the call. Was this information helpful? | |||
