Tata Sky — after payment not getting full services | |||
I have recharged My TakaSky Dhamaal Cricket Monthly Pay Pack 01 May 2015 for Rs.400/- but due to old setup box I was unable to get the full services. In fact I have locked a request to change my setup box MPEG4 box on date 14/05/2015 and I regularly tracked by calling on Customer Care number. But the associate and senior executive only promised to get service soon. After one month they have canceled my request for box upgrade and also lot of channels are not broadcasting on my current box. I want to know is there any accountability of request serving and if they are not broadcasting all channels while my account has the advance payment then they are liable to pay back? Also what about my regular calling on customer care and wasting 0.5 to 1.0 hours time? What Tatasky will do now is they are going to upgrade my setup box or I need to look for other service provider like airtel, dish tv etc. Was this information helpful? | |||
