Tata Sky — Asking relocation charges for improper installation of tata sky reps to make | |||
Tata sky reps had installed it at the location which is not acceptable to me and said that it should be done as per their convenience. They accepted to rectify it next day. Inspite of 1 1/2 months lapse, they did not turn up to rectify the problem even after my repeated request. Now, when i contacted tatasky customer care, they are asking for relocation charges for no fault of mine. They are not ready to take complaint also on their reps for improper installation done without my consent. Was this information helpful? | |||
