not able to watch tata sky for the past 8 days - service people not attending the problem - very poor service

I have tata sky connection. For the past 8 days I am not able to view the channels. I had raised complaint on 2-Jul-2019 and no technician has attended the problem till 8-Jul-2019. I got an sms on 8th saying that Rs.150 has been deducted from my account for service without attending the problem. When I call the call center their response is not proper and they are very keen on taking new request. Not satisfied with Tata Sky Customer service....

tata sky the set top box needs to be paired. pairing error on my tata sky dth

I have not used my set top box for around 2 months and today i recharged my account but it is not working.

The screen shows that set top box needs to be paired.

Error code 14.

Please resolve my issue as soon as possible and i trust that tata sky is a good company that's why i try to suggest everyone to use tata sky only so please try to help me.

upi payment not credited to tata sky despite debit from the bank

I have made upi payment today ie, on 7 july 2019 for rs 650 to tata sky @hdfcbank in favor of my subscriber id [protected]. I got sms from hdfc bank that the amount has been deducted. But the credit is not reflected in my tata sky subscriber id [protected].
I request that the matter may please be resolved and my money is credited to tata sky immediately.

They said they would get back, it has been a week since!

Today when they did, it was not possible to get my refund. so much for a human error? easy at accepting the money but such hassles at returning?

no signal from 5 days

No signal from tatasky dish tv displaying 'Bad weather conditions'. Customer care is asking us to pay service visit 150/- else they are not ready to resolve. They are asking to close the account if I am not willing to pay... Very bad service asking customer to shift to other networks instead of solving the issue...
Why should customer has to pay 150/- if he pays monthly charges regularly???

I am complaining about signal issue

There's a problem in box. Every month a complaint will be taken and charge 150 rs. Again the next month same problem and again they charge 150 rs. This is the case since last 4 months. Why can't you fix this at once. Are you deliberately not providing the signal to take that 150 rs again and again from the customer. Worst service ever. The set top box is unable to receive the signal. This happens almost every month and i payed almost 4 consecutive...

Very pathetic service i got from your executives after a long struggle complaint got launched with id 616808 but still there is no update if we call your executives they just ask the status and disconnecting the call now who will compensate for 1 month rent of recharge or else have to switch to some other network.
And without coming home closing the tickets...

tatasky box is not receiving signals

When ever there is rain or thunder tatasky dth wont receive any signals and black screen in my television.. Tatasky gives a message that it must be raining outside or clouds etc etc.. When there is some calamity outside customers need to know what is happening around, when television is not working...

We have raised complained on 22/6/2019 and service engineer came on 24/06/2019 took away the old setup box and connected a new setup box. After connecting the new setup box, the service is not working and shows error code -14.

We have called multiple times (Min 30 times) customer care...

multi tv connection complaint

I have just availed the multi tv connection of tata sky. They have terminated this offer within a week of purchase and applied a new policy which increases my monthly rental. They did not inform me about the increase in prices.
If they were going to increase the prices saying its trai policy.. They should inform their customers about this before the installation of new connections.
I am very upset with tata sky marketing strategies....
