Tata Sky — Bad Service provided by service provider | |||
Hi, Jayesh Kinjawadekar here, This is to inform you that yesterday i was facing some network issue so i was not able to view any channels. So i make a call to tata sky customer care and registered a complaint. So that customer care executive informed that your query will be solve asap. And we will arrange a service engineer at your door step. I recieve a call from service engineer and he visited at my place at afternoon. And that service engineer was not well dressed and was a fresher too who was not even carrying his tool kit also. He was at my place till evening but he was not able to solve the query. And sum around at 5pm he said that he will come tommorow. What he did 4 to 5hrs he only know that. So i call back again that service provider to know the status but he was not at all bothered. And after sometime he stop recieving my call. Infact now also i called that service provider and he disconnect the call. From this it shows that what service you provide to the customer. Just fed up of this your bad service provide to the customer. I want to solve my query by today itself that also before afternoon.
