Tata Sky — Break of Service and AUDACITY of personnel at Dibrugarh unit | |||
1. My Customer ID [protected] 2. Service not received for one and half day in March, 2015. 3. Service not received since morning of 02/04/2015 till now. 4. Lodged complain at[protected] on 02/04/2015. 5. Local contact of Tata Sky[protected] did not pickup receiver telephone on 02/04/2015. 6. Could contact local unit on 03/04/2015 evening and they assured to send technician by 10-30 am on 04/04/2015. 7. Technician visit did not materialise till 2-30 pm today. 8. Call attendant's (young Bengali speaking lady) behaved admonitory to remind me that they had so many customers that they could not attend to my complain that was already lodged and abruptly cut the connection off. 9. My attempts to contact senior personnel of Tata Sky failed for which this mail is sent for redressal. Was this information helpful? | |||

I intend to file a complaint with the consumer course and drag in your senior personnel if I do not get a credit from the first day till the problem is rectified.
am also exploring other options . Tataskyservice is a disgrace to the brand TATA.
