I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in activating your connection asap.

I have paid my dues for the month of February Rs 470/, received receipt message saying that my next renewal date is 29th march but till now Tata Sky is asking for money for February not to speak of renewal of the package. They also do not respond to the phones nos give to contact. What a pathetic service Tata Sky?? Upala
