Sir, having failed to lodge my complain on line due to poor conectivity, I informed one of your service team who were attending an damaged antenna by complete replacement to my neighbour, to help restore my set . The gentleman informed that my antenna need replacement and completed the job for a payment of Rs 1000 ( one thousands) . I later on came to know from my friends that in their case NO PAYMENT was required for new set as they directly talked to some concerned officer of tata sky . My ID no is [protected] .
