Tata Sky — Charging extra money

I am a customer of Tata sky using there setup box.My Subscriber ID is [protected].I am using there Current Base Pack Dhamaal Cricket.Since my son use to see only NICK channel so i decided to take only that.On 22 Nov 2015 1:29 PM i called customer care and ask if any add-on are there in my name, they said no add-on is there in your account.I asked them 2-3 times, same thing thay said, only base pack is there in your account.i recharged 30RS for NICK through online.After recharge i got message that your recharge will be valid till only 26Nov so i again called customer care at 1:50 PM on 26 Nov and i asked why i have to pay on 26 Nov since i have given the monthly charge for NICK channel. Then they said that its ok you can pay next on 21 Dec. On 26 Nov they deactivated NICK channel so again i called on 26 Nov customer care at 8:47 PM and asked why they deactivated, they replied that in your account two add-on channel is there Tensport, Kids pack. So My complain is why on 22 Nov they told lie that there are no add-on in my account and suddenly on 26 two add-ons came, and they deducted the money.Same kind of incidence happened with me several time previously at last i am giving complain here.Tata sky is looting the money from common people like this way. I request to Tata sky give me proper answer why every 2-3 days i have to pay 30rs for NICK.

I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter and settle any discrepancies.
