Tata Sky — Charging of Rs.200=00 | |||
My tatasky ID is [protected]. I requested for relocation which was done on Sunday. As soon as the mechanic who attended the work saw channel no 104 he said it is working now and left. Immediately I recharged with Rs.1000=00 and verified. I was getting only 4-5 telugu channels and I was not getting all the telugu channels. I therefore lodged one more complaint and advised since the relocation with full channels is not done no more service charges to be charged. Your operator agreed for not charging any amount and registered the compliant. The compliant was attended yesterday by rectifying the technical snag and all the telugu channel are restored. Today I got a message stating that Rs.200=00 service charge will be debited to my account. Since enuring that all the channels are coming after the relocation is your responsibility I do not agree with Charging Rs.200=00 and advise you not to do so.
