Tata Sky — complacent technical support and no service

I have been trying to get tata sky technician to visit my house for the past 3 weeks.they always promise they would but no one turns up.despite repeated calls and reminders and innumerable complains there is no service.also I have lost transmission but still continue to get no service.in desperation I have decided to go pubil with my issue and hope that no one else has to go through this harrasment again.
