Tata Sky — Complaining against unnecessary service charges | |||
Dear Concern, This is to bring to your attention that the we using your TATA Sky service last more than 3 years, Yesterday (4th March) i relocated your service and reconnect from your technician and also i paid Rs.200/-.but i found there is some disturbance in some regional channel when i did call your support for repair this problem they told me we charge Rs.170 for visiting service Why should I pay Rs.170/- again if there is problem in your service. This is not good type of service that you provide to your customer. I would like a quick solution for my problem without any charges so that I may remain a customer of your service in the future.
