Sir, I am a subsriber vide id no.1089156432, TATA Sky DTH connection and paying monthly subscription to Tata sky account. Now, from yesterday, I observe that set up box is not excess the waves, I called your customer care no, where they told me that visit charges for technical engineer to be borne by me. In this connection, it is stated that the set up box is controlling by Tata Sky, how, I will be responsible for that and why should I pay the money. Further, this is not a question of Rs.150/- but it is a question of that the while coller peoples are ditching with the citizen and grabing their hard money. It is requested kindly take criminal and civil action against them to cheating the citizen of India

You must try other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done. If you are in-warranty tech visit should not be charged otherwise charges are applicable. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quiet prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at help@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at 1-800-1806633. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter and resolve your issue.
