Tata Sky — Complaint for automaticlly unsubscribe channels

My tatasky Subscriber ID : [protected], Few channels are not available since last 1 months & those channels are unsubscribe automatically. There was serious signal problem from Tatasky network. We have lost 21 days of service but they are not extending the duration.please do the needful.Please look into the matter urgenlty.We are unable to connect customer care representative also through out telephonic.Thanks & Regards,
