Myself mrinal sharma tata sky id:[protected]. Registered in name of Vijesh Sharma. Complaint no. Wo:L9R1RH3 complain registered on[protected].11am) i am a customer of tata sky. I had registered a complaint that i have been not receiving signal on my dish so i am not able to view television. I have called the customer care many times and even talked to their senior executive but they just its on hold. No action is been taken by them nor they send/arranged a technician visit to my place. So i am fed up with this people. Their service is pathetic. Monthly i am paying them rs.290 & from 9 past days i am not able to view any of the channels. As a proof i have their messages & even they know that. Its in their record. So please help me to get the problem solve. Please help me to get the refund too. Please into this matter. Waiting for your positive response.

I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue and fix the signal problem you are facing immediately.
