Myself mrinal sharma tata sky id:[protected]. Registered in name of Vijesh Sharma. Complaint no. Wo:L9R1RH3 complain registered on[protected].11am) i am a customer of tata sky. I had registered a complaint that i have been not receiving signal on my dish so i am not able to view television. I have called the customer care many times and even talked to their senior executive but they just its on hold. No action is been taken by them nor they send/arranged a technician visit to my place. So i am fed up with this people. Their service is pathetic. Monthly i am paying them rs.290 & from 9 past days i am not able to view any of the channels. As a proof i have their messages & even they know that. Its in their record. So please help me to get the problem solve. Please help me to get the refund too. Please into this matter. I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue and fix the signal problem you are facing immediately.
