[Resolved] Tata Sky — customer care executive not responding | |||
i am Divyesh Amrutlal Patel, TATA SKY consumer id no. [protected]. MOB. [protected] I have problem regarding my multi TV connection. I called the TATA Sky helpline for the same 15 days ago & they provided the executive of Vapi branch for the same. I am calling repeatedly on the executive"s no. [protected] from last 15 days & he is not coming for correction of the problem. I hadn't get my TATA Sky multi TV connection service yet & more shocking news for me is that they have deducted the service visit charges from my TATA Sky account, even though their executive hadn't visited to correct the problem. I have asked the costomer care executive for the same & he promised me to come & attend my complain before 1 pm today but he has not come yet. Finally i have to file the complain against the TATA Sky customer service department. I hope that this complaint will be considered soon. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have problem regarding my multi TV connection.
