Tata Sky — customer care guy cheating

My subscription id is [protected], , mukesh godara... I called customer care to know that how much recharge is enough for annually subscription. the guy told me that "your primary box need 1665 rs for one year...and i recharged ...now another customer care executive saying that "we r sorry" for giving u a wrong info.. What i do??? Shame on u guyz
